One day Workshop on Employability Skills
In a concerted effort to boost the career readiness of its students, the MBA Institute proudly hosted a one-day workshop on enhancing employability skills on April 23, 2024. The event brought together industry experts and professionals to share their insights and strategies for navigating the competitive job market.
The workshop featured an impressive lineup of speakers, including Praveen Mishra, an esteemed corporate trainer; CA Vivek Kumar, a seasoned chartered accountant and consultant; Ranjan Kumar, ; and Er. A Das, a engineer . Each speaker provided valuable perspectives on different facets of employability, ensuring a comprehensive learning experience for the students.
Dr. Praveen Mishra opened the session with a dynamic presentation on the importance of soft skills in the workplace. Emphasizing communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities, Mishra highlighted how these skills are crucial for career advancement and success in any field.
CA Vivek Kumar followed with a detailed discussion on financial literacy and management. He stressed the significance of understanding financial principles, not just for personal finance, but also for making informed decisions in a business context. Kumar's session included practical tips and real-world examples that resonated deeply with the students.
Ranjan Kumar then took the stage to explore the current trends in human resources and recruitment. He provided insider tips on resume building, interview techniques, and the importance of personal branding, giving participants a hands-on opportunity to refine their skills.
Er. A Das engaging talk on technological proficiency and its impact on employability. Highlighting the growing demand for tech-savvy professionals, Das encouraged students to continually update their technical skills and adapt to the rapidly changing digital landscape. Dr. Mani Kanta , Faculty gave the vote of thanks and concluded the workshop.

The event was well-received, with participants expressing their appreciation for the practical knowledge and actionable strategies they gained.
